New in: Zara knits & sales experience

Tuesday, January 08, 2013

Sale everywhere, I've probably looked through the Asos shop for the 100th time now, no full shopping basket for me though. Unfortunately for me I'm not that of a sale shopper, most of the clothes are crap and there's too much chaos in the stores. Especially at Zara, it's one big battlefield in there, where you have to push yourself though the crowd and crawl into piles of clothes to find something descent and if you're really lucky, it has no wholes! (You think I'm exaggerating? yeah, I probably am..) Nope sale is definitely not my thing, but ofcourse, like millions of other people I couldn't resist the -50%, so I went to Zara. It was chaos, insanity, I've never seen, mainly woman, acting this crazy. You know that part in Meangirls, where she has these imaginations of girls acting like animals in the canteen, that's exactly what I had at Zara. But I was brave and it has paid off! I've found these 3 pretty knits, which are perfect for the cold weather that's coming our way. I paid 90 euros for them, which is still quite pricey, but the quality is really good and I just wanted them.. Is that a proper reason? yeah I think it is.

So to give a little summary of this whole experience, I can't wait till the sales are over and peace returns in the stores, sale makes woman act like crazy animals and I like to make things sound worse than they actually are..

Hugs,
Lara

  2. I'm not a big fan of sales either, in shops where everything looks like a big jumble sale, nor asos where the size I'm after is always sold out on the items I take a fancy to :'(
